Public Information

Public information is open and available to everyone, except for state, commercial and private information known as secrecy;
For obtaining public information a person shall submit a written application;
Public information is issued immediately or within 10 days as prescribed by law;
Citizen have the right to choose the information receipt form (printed, copy or electronic version), if it exists in various forms, as well as get acquainted with the information in the original;
According to the information provided in the form of a copy, "The Law of Georgia on Public Information Copy Fees" in accordance with the law of Georgia, the person who asked for public information shall bear the following fees:
 Copy per page 0,05 GEL
 Print-out per page 0,10 GEL
Recoding per compact disc 2,65 GEL (Recording is charge free in case an applicant has got   his/her own compact disc)
 Recording per diskette 1,3 GEL (Recording is charge free in case an applicant has got his/her own diskette)
